By accessing and using the Banthu website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, agreed to, and are bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, you are not permitted to access this website or use any of the services provided.

Shipping to Philippines

All products originate from suppliers in China. Delivery times vary depending on the distance from the supplier to our warehouses in Guangzhou and Yiwu, as well as the loading schedule onto the ship or aircraft.
The estimated delivery time to the Philippines is 3–4 business weeks, but delays may occur due to customs processing, heavy loading queues, or inspection wait times. Banthu does not accept any claims or complaints resulting from delays caused by customs inspection queues.
All ordered goods are under Banthu’s responsibility until they arrive in the Philippines, and we ensure the customer receives the goods. For missing items (not shipped by the supplier), Banthu will file a claim with the supplier and issue a full refund for the missing items. For factory-damaged items, customers must submit a complaint within 2 x 24 hours, after which Banthu will file a claim with the supplier.
Final delivery to the customer’s address will be handled by local courier services.
For payments, all transactions require full payment upfront. Down payments or other installment terms are not accepted because we have no special payment agreements with suppliers. All payments to suppliers are made in full.
When purchasing products from overseas, customers must take note of the following:
- Product warranty is provided by the brand/manufacturer. Banthu will help inform customers about the claim process before or after purchase.
- User instructions will be included for products that require them. Safety warnings must be followed to operate the product safely. Instructions may be provided in English or Chinese.
- Some products may differ due to Philippines' regulatory standards. If the buyer has complete documentation for Philippines-standardized products, the order may be possible.
- Displayed prices include shipping from the supplier to the China warehouse, taxes, and shipping from China to the Philippines. Domestic shipping fees will be calculated based on the buyer’s address and available courier rates.
- For order cancellations, once payment has been made, orders cannot be canceled for any reason, except when the product is unavailable, discontinued, or requires special documentation that prevents the supplier/manufacturer from processing the order.
- All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering because there are no special terms of payment with suppliers/manufacturers. Payment terms vary depending on each supplier’s requirements.

The following items cannot be imported through Banthu and are not available on our platform:

Hazardous Materials	Flammable liquids, chemicals, compressed gases, large lithium batteries, and other dangerous goods.
Food & Beverages	Food, beverages, dietary supplements, and agricultural products without the required Philippine import permits.
Medicines & Cosmetics	Prescription medicines, medical products, cosmetics, and health supplements requiring FDA Philippines approval.
Counterfeit Products	Fake branded goods, trademark-infringing products, and unauthorized replicas.
Tobacco & Alcohol	Cigarettes, tobacco products, vaping products, alcoholic beverages, and regulated excise goods.
Pornographic or Obscene Materials	Sexually explicit materials prohibited under applicable Philippine laws.
Live Animals & Plants	Live animals, plants, seeds, endangered species, and related products subject to quarantine or CITES regulations.
Medical Devices	Medical equipment and diagnostic devices requiring FDA Philippines registration or import authorization.
Illegal Drugs & Controlled Substances	Narcotics, controlled drugs, and other prohibited substances regulated by Philippine law.

Note: Certain products may require import permits, licenses, or regulatory approval from Philippine government agencies (such as the Bureau of Customs, FDA Philippines, or the Bureau of Animal Industry). Banthu reserves the right to reject, cancel, or return any shipment that violates applicable laws or our shipping policies.
