    Search by link or keyword.

    Paste a 1688 product link or enter a keyword in the search bar. Banthu will open the product or show matching options for you to compare.

    Your choice: use a direct link when you already know the product, or a keyword when you want to explore.

    Browse the catalog.

    Prefer to look around first? Browse product categories and collections until you find an item that fits your needs.

    Good to know: manual browsing is useful when you want to compare products, suppliers, and price ranges.

  3. 03Request

    Choose the details and request a quote.

    Open the product, select the variant and quantity, review the order summary, then choose Calculate Price.

    Check before submitting: variant, quantity, and minimum order requirements.

  4. 04Calculate

    Banthu calculates the all-in price.

    Your request appears under Calculating while Banthu verifies the product and prepares the complete landed cost.

    No action needed: wait for the calculation to finish, then review the quotation in your dashboard.

  5. 05Review & checkout

    Review the quotation and proceed to checkout.

    Once calculated, the product moves to Waiting for Payment. Review the variants, quantities, and sea or air all-in pricing, select what you want to buy, then choose Checkout.

    You stay in control: select only the items you want and continue when the details and total work for you.

  6. 06Complete details

    Confirm delivery and payment details.

    Review your delivery address, complete the local delivery details, and choose one of the payment methods available at checkout.

    Required: delivery details must be complete before the payment option can be confirmed.

    Review and place the order.

    Check the final amount and order summary, agree to the terms, then select Pay Now to complete checkout.

    Track the order from one dashboard.

    Follow payment status, processing, shipping, and delivery from your Banthu account while the order moves toward your address.

    Stay updated: use the order tabs and order number to check the latest status.
